A NEW DAY IN THE SUN – LEO! 22.7.26

Leo season begins and we feel the heat of the Summer in its fullest and yet we are also navigating a beautiful energy that is Barbault’s basket configuration (Jupiter in Leo, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune retrograde in Aries and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius).

If you can see where these planets are in your own Chart especially at 4 degrees where these planets have been! It will give you an indication of where exactly this shift of energy is happening and the gift it is in releasing you from old patterns or ways.

It is also the Feast of the Magdelene and a day when we remember her as not just a Goddess but a Saint. Her journey is much speculated upon especially in recent years but I feel she is placed into categories of the forgotten Goddess or Disciple by those who do not understand she has never been hidden from our hearts, just from an evolution of the Pisces age and She returns as we enter the Christ Age of Aquarius.

The Sun moves into Leo while Neptune and Pluto are retrograde to be followed by Saturn retrograding in Aries in a few days. Two of the outer planets will be moving deeper into the past and travelling through the foundations of what we have built in life. Neptune will be moving through the emotional landscape of forgotten dreams perhaps? While Leo is the Sun it is also the child like heart who has a twinkle in its eye. We also have Jupiter in Leo so it will expand what we are finding joy in and where we want to shine! We will then have the Nodes of destiny move from Virgo/Pisces Axis to Aquarius/Leo. This is a game changer as they say! This is why it is important to mention Mary Magdelene’s Feast day. The shift of the Axis is the shift of consciousness from the Piscean age as we move steadily into the Aquarian one. She is not needing us to fight for her image or her words even. She only asks we enjoy our journey but overcome our own shadow of what we think possible and why we feel the need to prove who we are. Her journey in hindsight sees people need to prove the path She walked. But I feel She needs no approval or acknowledgment She just is – as she is a teacher of consciousness in the heavens and helps those find themselves who are lost to trauma and suffering – especially in childhood. So you see the Leo Sun and the childlike heart comes at a time when we are moving further into the configuration of Barbault’s basket which is heralded as the beginning of a time on Earth where kindness is remembered. Love is remembered. Joy is seen as part of every day existence if we can overcome the need to be right, the need to be seen and the need to know everything lol.

The coming days may see you shift how you see your place in the world. This will continue for some time perhaps as we navigate the journey of Jupiter in the Basket and the other planets. We are having a review of our role and our destiny. Maybe you had settled down in a routine just because it felt easier not to follow your heart? Perhaps you thought that you could never achieve something you love doing because you would have to prove to everybody how good you are when you were never told as a child. On this Feast Day of Mary Magdelene ask her to wrap you in her arms and hold you. She is the lightness of heart that is Mother Mary also. They are a beautiful synergy of love and they have no judgment – none at all.
