A NEW WORLD BEGINS 20.7.2026

We start this week with Barbaults Basket as its called (named after French Astrologer, Andre Barbault. This configuration has been building up and culminates in July as you know but its long term effects will last for years. The planets involved are Jupiter, (in Leo), Uranus (in Gemini), Neptune in Aries and Pluto in Aquarius. They take on the shape of a basket where Jupiter and Pluto are the handle formation. Interestingly they are all at four degrees of their respective signs so it is important when looking at your own Chart to look at where any planets may be at four degrees showing you how the impact may effect you but also where these planets are and what Houses on the Chart they are placed in This has been talked about by Astrologers for years and even more so in the last few months on line and while not being over dramatic it is a big deal!

July has been a month of big astrological happenings but it culminates with this and towards the end of this week also with the changing of the North/South Nodes from Virgo/Pisces axis to Aquarius/Leo. It is like a change of power dynamics and this may play out in the world especially as we see so many changes but it is your inner most world you will be concentrating on and especially with how the power play or control element has affected your own life. Where do you let your power go? Or are you trying to control too much – even in a kind and helpful as you would see it way! We are being asked to receive a gift from the Universe now. To see the handle of this formation with Jupiter and Pluto highlighting the gift it carries by showing us how we may have been happy to go along with certain senarios in life to keep quiet and just for the sake of not rocking the boat. The basket itself has Neptune and Uranus and this is like the dreamer having a lightning bolt moment waking up and realising that life is to be lived! To dream the dream and make it your reality. Its always been in our hands but we needed it handing to us in a basket as we had moved too far away from the nature of our own gifts and let others convince us that we needed external guidance. We will begin to realise over the coming months and years as we build a new foundation from this moment that our innate gifts of understanding, knowing, inner vision etc. are all in tact! We came here prepared and we had to fall to Earth. We are the fallen ones who are being resurrected by this cycle of astrology. We are also following the North Star (Nodes) as we enter the time it changes into the Aquarian cycle.

In the coming days – perhaps even in the last few weeks – a realisation would have dawned on you – without anger or fear – that you have allowed certain cycles and patterns in your life to continue just because they seemed familiar and then thought well it is just the way it is!!! Now so many people are beginning to understand that it does not work the way of waiting for the next drama or the next big headline story. It works from YOU outwards and the Heavens are showing us just that.

The planet Neptune (the Dreamer and inner vision) is being fired up by the House it is in Aries. It is the identity of the I Am. Who are you? And why have you come here is being asked of you? Uranus opposite in Gemini asks ‘Are you listening to the message that is forming within you? Also being aware that Mercury Geminis ruler starts going direct again around the 23rd July. So as the sleeping messenger awakes it will have a message for us in the coming days and weeks that ignites the new journey we are about to embark upon. Pluto in Aquarius opposite Jupiter in Leo asks us ‘Can we allow a dream to come to light while following our own heart and inner vision?’ Is it possible that we now drop the control cycle whether our own or being controlled by others and see how if we allow ourselves the time to contemplate our own journey and act from that space we find the World around us changes without us doing too much!! A gift from the Universe is being handed to us in a Basket and we may just recognise that the gift has been with us for a while but we refused to believe it! Maybe it was always ok to be YOU and to trust the voice that told you what to do when you needed it. The outer world was just louder and more intrusive and in the coming days, weeks and months that loud voice of external noise will be quieter and more in tune with your own as we all start to listen again and to trust the rhythm of our own cycles with the Universe. We have a Map to our own journey and just needed to remember.

We may witness the old dinosaurs dying. They are being seen out in the World in institutions, governments, corporations etc. They will not all leave at once but they will begin to dissolve and this has already started. Gradually they will cease to exist in the way they have and while we must be aware of new technology that will come into play we must be mindful of our own gifts and use them to their fullest so as to harmonise a world that will be balanced but in tune with our creative hearts. Not to lose ourselves to machines but to become fully embodied in our own Sovereignty so as to know what is not human and what is. What is being created now will help humanity but only in so far as we are awake to who we are! Not to be lost to something that needs human input and to remember we are the ones who have the technology within us!!! We are the alchemists!!!

A beautiful World is coming into sight and we need to make it beautiful by being aware of our role in that World. There is nothing to fight for. If we remember that we have taken the first step. There is no need to prove who you are. The need to convince anyone or anything of your intention is not needed. You just need to be convinced of your own passions enough to start creating again!! To do what your heart calls you to do and know that it is the way forward. No approval needed. Just an open heart (Leo) with joy (Jupiter) and a dissolution (Pluto) of what you thought you had to get approval for so as to create a new pattern (Uranus in Gemini) that becomes a new world (Aquarius).
