APPROACHING THE BLUE MOON IN SAGITTARIUS 31.5.2026

We are approaching a full Moon in Sagittarius in a few days and on this the 29th of May 2026 we find the Sun’s conjunction with Uranus in Gemini and the Moon’s deep transit through Scorpio forms a trine in Cancer. This serves to help us have sudden insights into things that may have been elusive to us. The feelings we could not reach and yet knew there was something we could not quite get to. Well the oncoming Blue Moon (a blue moon is when there are two Moons in the same calendar month) is calling us to remember not what was lost in the outside world but what we have failed to recognise in ourselves. The missing pieces of the journey that held us to shame, blame or fear. The manipulation we thought was a gateway to get us to do what we needed to on our path perhaps? The recognition of how it all works…To see that we must go through all of the shame and blame to feel it. The feeling is everything. It does not define us though as it is the soul’s way of finding form in the World we live in and trusting that those feelings arising in us through life’s experiences will one day come to be our graduation post into humanness. Not as we once thought into the divine being who is all knowing and all seeing. But – hey – we had to think that at one point to go through the story of divinity. We begin to see that it is our very humanness that shapes everything. That our divine is without question as it is within our cells and encoded in every part of who we are – unbeknownst to us at times. But to finally reach for the human being who carries us through all sorts of experiences and realise oh you are the one. You are the one for me! Now saying that the recognition of this takes time in life…it can happen in our twenties or eighties and that is the beauty of the individual. The journey happens for us while we kind of blunder along!

But to be able to cope in the world we find under this Blue Moon in Sagittarius the wisom of its ruler, Jupiter, is that it shines a light on what we failed to see as our wisdom. The joy in the simple pleasures of life once we have got over the need to be seen, or heard, is profound. Just to be. But the patterns of our childhood serve us well and we start off a life journey trying to prove we are perfect and in the hope we will not be rejected! But that is exactly what must happen at some point in our lives, we are rejected, we are hurt and we are challenged. It is all part of the package of human being. But one point of reference is our Divinity. It is within us. It always has been. It is merely reflected in the heavens above us. And as we start to believe this more and more the world outside changes. The last remnants of spiritual manipulation and political also is shown for what it is, a smokescreen. But if we continue to blame those in the world we will also show ourselves that we are open to blame, open to judgment and ready to be manipulated. The key of the Sagittarius Full Moon is that it is holding a door wide open for us to leave behind the patterns of what we think our journey to divinity really is. Is it to be the guru on the top of a mountain bestowing a kind of text book wisdom to the masses or is it to be a grounded human who has faith in how things kind of always find a way if we practice the very basic rules of kindness, fairness, and balance.

A deep psychological shift has been happening this week and in many ways that is prompted by Uranus in Gemini conjunct the Sun. We are seeing what was hidden from us by ourself. We had the saving grace to know we needed to take a journey – be it spiritual or physical – and emotional. But we thought it was for the greater good of the world! But every journey ever undertaken always and for ever will be for the person taking it. It might help another by sharing its nuances and wisdom gained but we all must take our own journey and come to our own conclusions – while feeling the very humanness of who we are. But also Sagittarius is the higher wisdom aspect of ourselves. It prompts us to look for the higher aspect of where we are at and what we are doing. All of the astrological aspects are just that – prompts on a chord if you like. They shift and we move. They shine and we sing! They square and we are pushed to looked deeper. The conjunct and we work with our higher heart and come out of our head. But the beauty of this is we must look deeper into our own reasons for why we do things and what our perspective is in wanting to achieve things. We take responsibility for our own journey. The greater good is the result by which we achieve our goals. We help others by growing and being more present as that human in the world – with the wisdom gained!

A lot of people are coming to the conclusion of self realisation. It will manifest in many ways and of course we have so many spiritual teachers on line. But the next generation that comes to take a spiritual path will be looking for different reasons to take it. Not to save the world. But to encourage the growth of their own humanness. It is a shift we do not see quite yet but we feel as the so called gurus are seen for their humanness and it is not that we need to even blame them as we all took a journey with their teachings and what they knew – be it honestly or with manipulation. We are reaching for compassion in our hearts and our higher heart – that this Sagittarius Blue Moon will prompt. We are wanting to leave behind the know it all guru style youtube generation of the expose that says we have been lied to or sacred teachings hidden. Because when we do – if we can – it means we have returned home to self. That Self is beautiful – and has the potential to be very human while holding their divinity as sacred. We drink from that. We pour the Chalice of sacred teachings left in the consciousness back into our day to day living. But there is always a journey and there is always a path – we are human after all.
