A reading starts with a gentle enquiry into how you feel. Where do you want to visit within your world. Do you want to look into a cosmic connection where you originate from? Do you want to look into the human path where you may have confusion or worry? All is valid. You may bring these thoughts into your head and your heart or voice them – it is entirely up to you but it is important to have them in your own consciousness as you sit within a reading. But I always say to clients a reading may take its own path too. You may find you are brought into a different atmosphere where things you hadn’t thought of come up and that is good! The very obstacles you are having at the moment may originate from something unknown to you in the past – or even another lifetime parallel to this! So you see it is important to be open and receptive while discerning also – no matter who you go to for readings or what you see on line.
Of course loved ones in spirit may come in during readings and that is wonderful especially if that is the reason for your reading! But also for many people now there is a real need to find their way forward and not to repeat patterns. It definitely coincides with the new era we are entering and we are still in the process of shedding a skin from another life.
Just before a reading I will feel my own guides and spiritual team come in. This will mean an energetic change around me and in the atmosphere so I do try to be in the space of where that reading will take place for about half an hour before. I advise clients to be aware of that also. You may feel as if there is an excitement around you and there is! But also I have known people interpret that as fear but it is actually the vibration going up an octave and you feel it like an acceleration! Trust that also. But always call in your Angels and guides to be with you especially as it will make you feel comfortable.
It is possible to take notes if you wish but also it does inhibit your own reception of the flow of energy! Allow the information to be received as a download is best. I feel you will remember what is needed and in the future when something occurs relatable to the reading it will make itself known! It is like filling in the blanks later on. There will be no information lost as it is directly from Source and your connection is always with Source! The line is pure. You know what you know when you need to know it also! But for me doing a reading through the super consciousness invites me to trust the connection is one that is there to help everyone. We all have this connection whether or not we use it and I feel that is sad if we struggle and forget to tune in and trust the link to the divine help us!
During a reading:
Settle in and relax. Call in your own guides and helpers.
They will be there already but it helps to identify them by asking them to be with you!
Have one heartfelt thought. To be open to what you need now to be there during this reading through the super consciousness.
To receive signs and information from loved ones that they are there also if you need that.
To be ready to move into a new vibration after you have done this. Not because of me or anyone who does a reading but to be open to moving into the new vibration you have opened yourself.
To trust the process.
To be grateful for your divine connection that is always there no matter what.
To give thanks.
