Mars stations direct
In sign of Cancer

Since the beginning of December Mars has been retrograde in the sign of Cancer and for Mars it has been a little uncomfortable. As a fire sign it was languishing in the sign representing nurturing and emotions with Mother and water. It was like it halted the progress of our actions and made us stop where ever we were and look at how we nurture ourselves and each other. What gives you joy? What action makes you at peace with who you are and your mission in life if you feel you are on one?

While Mars now prepares a forward motion from today it will take a while to get that momentum going again perhaps. You may feel you are coming out of a wintery slumber and stirring slightly today.

The Moon is in Capricorn and that can be an uncomfortable place for it when Capricorn wants to get things done and the Sun in Pisces (Neptune) wants to go with the flow and not be too real in it’s actions. Dreaming and dreams are highlighted too and your dreams may be epic!

But also there are the Nodes of karma and destiny with Pisces in retrograde so there is still a journey of going through the embers of old stories and those old dreams that didn’t make it into this reality. There was a reason and in the coming year you will find out why. There is a bigger destiny for you perhaps and patience is key just now as we come into March but also a gentle motion of moving forward in baby steps!

Mercury the planet of communication is in Pisces also and it’s ruler Neptune wants a conversation with how we talk about our hopes and dreams in an authentic way. Can we dive into the heart of our emotional body (Neptune) and by pass the headiness of our mind and what we think we should be doing or must be saying to ourselves. A new language is being formed this year and in the coming time where we talk to ourselves as if we are being guided by a wise friend or being. As our higher or so called innate self marries into the mundane or human being we are there will be a joining of the male and female side of our character. This is the marriage of the divine and we are remembering the fall of humanity where we once fell to Earth as divine beings and joined our human self to be here. In doing so we had to forget the divine. But our journey was always to remember it and then be a human being who walks the Earth as an Angel once again. Keep going!! Talk to yourself as if you are an Angel – and you will remember you are!
