If you want to find a answers you need only become very quiet. Do not look for them as they become elusive like a butterfly or moth. In a world you see as ‘busy’ or needing to change you will invariably become so busy not a moment exists where the higher dimensions can align to create a space where the threads of knowledge weave into your being. Even meditating as you say becomes a jumble of words turned into pictures you frame to walk through bringing you on a journey where you experience a so called altered state but filled with nonsense!! Sit still be quiet and let silence be the great dictator of where you travel in the mind and colour your world with its answers.

If you find yourself contemplating a question perhaps put it down on the floor where you sit and let it be left there while you sit and stare at nothing or close your eyes and sleep. Sleep is the best initiator of creativity as it travels through dimensions where you have existed unbeknownst to you dear friend..

So if you struggle with where how who or when put those words in a small box. Take this box and place it on a little fire you are building and let the flames consume it. You will benefit of it’s warmth and light and have put down the nonsense you allow yourself to be busied with!! And then old friend you start living!

Alchemy is a strange thing it’s not for the faint hearted or for those who wish to be clever. They never go hand in hand.
