The fire of the lions gate continues to burn and the Dog Star as it’s known (Sirius) shines a blue white light that casts a blue ray on the Earth. It is the brightest star visible in the night sky even more luminous than the Sun and when in conjunction with the Sun it marks it’s point where we are in the lazy days of summer. The 3rd July to 11th August it can be seen clearly. It promotes the heat we feel in the Earth and the fire within us. The Egyptians referred to it as the Nile Star as it’s appearance heralded the river rising and the water floodingthe dry arid lands. So it is a messenger in the sky that is ancient and a shower of the way.

The Moon in Libra balances the fire of the conjunction of this lions gateway and in Lilith it goes to a shadow within us that we may not even be aware of ourselves! Something slowly dawns on us that may have been resting in the last cycle of life where we have to bring our emotions (water) and light up with a fire!

The cosmic fire is not an earthly one it is a cool breeze within us that feels like we sit in a draft!! A fire or heat is an earthly fire and we feel it when we clear our memories or burn with something that needs releasing from our stores of experiences! Healing through sacred fire is a different feeling to that of traditional healings with warm fire energy. Coolness and stillness of the sacred fire requires we connect to our inner silence and rely on our divinity to override our human frailties. A surrender is needed to achieve that space and it is in these times we approach a resurgence of the cosmic fire that has always been there but unknown to us. Not hidden or kept from us as we are told on YouTube lol or the next big thing rather it is the sacred way of honouring our humanity and all that means in us with our divine faith.

Over the coming weeks and months the blue light of Sirius leaves a memory for us and stirs it with the oncoming eclipses in the Autumn. What we think we are sure of in this moment may be tested and what we think is the next step may turn out to be just that ..a step…as the memory of ancient waters are stirred by this cosmic fire and where we put our faith and who we entrust with our journey may be seen to be what it was ..lessons in the journey of life leading us back home.

Hold the fire as if a child. Do not be afraid of it’s purity. It needs you to be nothing and yet in that space everything is formed. A single drop of water holds the song of your heart and the cold fire of eternity shapes your soul and who you are. Let it.
