In a moment unexpected but always hoped for Joy finds you. This is what you feel but in truth Joy has always been there like a tiny spark waiting to be seen in your heart. It is not of this World. You brought it here within you dear beloved. You held it

Like a precious heirloom in the chamber of your heart. Carrying it through every challenge and moments when you thought all hope was lost.

In a cry to the Universe you looked to the heavens my beloved one when the heavens are in you. When you were lost and at the point of breaking I was there holding the lamp from which Joy is lit. Waiting and seeing your beauty unfold without you even realising what part of your story you were experiencing.

You see Joy is you. It is a star from which all stars are lit. Shining above and below In the cosmos and in the heaven of your heart.

You might ask how do I let this Joy be free to feel it and share it with those I Meet? You only need call it to you as a lover or friend. Whisper a prayer or sing a song like a bird whose only thought is to sing his heart out. The Beloved is in You. Hold your heart as if the most precious jewel for it is. Do not go through your day thinking I must be Joy! That serves to be wearing it like a cloak! No to be Joy you my friend need only hold your heart for one moment with your hands in prayer or gratitude for this journey of Joy that has been challenged by its shadow.

Many shadows meet Joy for She shines like no other. Yet She is the bride to

The Bridegroom of Christ.
