Slowly

The shadow falls gently and allows us find the image of our own inner landscape. Be kind to your foolish heart. Let it be the child it really is and forgive its indiscretions just as a Mother does.

Take responsibility for this heart you are

Let it be owned by you.

Let it be nourished by you but also listen to it’s childish ways and innocent murmurings. Only then can you forgive truly. You can look into the eyes of your fellow human being and see their innocence trying to make sense of how to be the adult. The one who knows what to do when perhaps they only know how to react to each situation that confronts them. They have built a wall around their heart and they cannot see the beauty of the landscape beyond its parameters. It has become a rock. And that rock will be the one they build a foundation of love upon when it can never be heartfelt when they are looking out over its prison.

Taking down the walls of the human experience takes time you think but in a second you Can scale the walls of your own judgment fear or anger. Take one step into your heart and another where you reach the light of your being and then you will never want to shield that heart that is sacred you will want to let it be the light upon which you build a new world.
