New Moon in Capricorn. A Courageous Heart. 12/13th January 2021

New Moon in Capricorn at 23 degrees

(the last three new moons in 2020 were all 23 degrees, ie Libra, Scorpio and Sagittarius solar eclipse) (The first three new moons in 2021 will be at 23 degrees also!)

23 represents the number 5 in numerology and we are in a number 5 year of 2021. Liberation, courage and confidence are the themes of these new moons to come and especially the one in Capricorn we go through now.

Capricorn ruled by Saturn.

Sun Moon are conjunct Pluto (Pluto is half a degree from where it was this time last year when Saturn the Sun and Mercury created a ‘stellium’ of planets) In some way we are revisiting that place we were in before the events of last year and we are being given the chance to look deeper into our hearts and into the mirror reflection of what is happening outside with what we hold as our beliefs.

Saturn Jupiter and Mercury have come together in a triple conjunction also. There are the big warriors of Saturn and Jupiter in communication with Mercury the planet of mental stimulation and chatter! What are you telling yourself as your belief in who you are and your inner world? Thoughts will come up like a sword (Pluto) moving swiftly through the air and shredding what we hold up as our truth. This is the big one as they say! Can we really go on believing we lack something when the stars and planets are conspiring to tell us otherwise. Can we resist freedom so strongly as to deny ourselves the comfort of being the one who is brave enough to dive deeply beyond thoughts and peripheral vision to really see all the aspects of our character we have so easily embelished along the way. It may have served us up to a point but there have been so many lightbulb moments in the weeks gone by that we do not have to wait to be shown anything now! It is like as soon as you think something you are shown! Can you relate to this now Beloved? If you are in doubt of something that is coming up as a belief you are shown immediately if you are on the right track. You do not have to wait. A time of waiting has finished and we are in the fast track of the Aquarian age coming in and it can be unsettling.

What has transformed you over the last year? As you really do not relate to things in the way you used to and it is becoming clear we had to go beyond the way we dealt with emotions and reactions we so easily slipped into before so as to view our inner world more honestly. An honest transformation is the Capricorn Pluto side of this new moon that helps us look back fondly or not so fondly at the past. The Aquarian side of this moon with Uranus and Mars fires up our need for freedom from what held us back, and in most cases it is ourselves and our view of the world.

Capricorn ruled by Saturn is about going to the foundation of your life, leaving no stone unturned, and just like the Tower card in the Tarot, anything built on sand will not stand! If we look outside and see what is happening it is unfolding in exactly the same way. The gift of Venus here at this time in its placement of Venus in Capricorn trining Mars in Taurus allows us the gift of joy and love being our goal and being fired up to make it a reality in our own inner worlds first. But just like any gateway it involves a discipline and a discernment we may have to follow definitely in the year ahead. Just when you thought you had nothing left to give you go deeper and find that you never really worked with the gifts you came here with! Transformational Pluto is like the sword cutting away the thorns that have overgrown around the castle that holds the ‘sleeping beauty’. Inside lies a dormant being who is yet to see the beauty of the world beyond a border of the old reality. It can be uncomfortable at times and it has over the last year in particular but that memory will hold nothing in comparison to the beauty and joy of finding the hero inside is you.

Pluto unearths a very deep truth, it can be seen as the well of existence you dive into within yourself and go beyond where you thought you could. The thoughts that stop you going there are the ones that have been taught you as truth. Nothing else. The first words of a loving mother or father who told you not to do something for fear of you getting hurt. The words of a childhood friend who felt they were losing you as you grew away from them and reacted with anger, the emotions of a partner who did not really see you but only the image of their own past relationships they needed to resolve. All of these things lay at the bottom of the well within us just before we can enter the temple of the inner child. The stars are aligning for us to find our courageous heart once again and those who watch over us understand it is in the letting go we find are we afraid.

This Moon is bringing in a huge wave of knowing and understanding that will allow us experience revelation. Revelation of the self is not for the fainthearted and indeed it does not require us to judge what we see but to surrender to the deepening understanding of who we are. How do we relate to ourselves and others? The freedom we seek has been denied us by our own belief system. That is not something to be angry about but to realise that is what the mystery school is about. A mystery school is the path we follow as we walk the Earth. Sometimes we attend school and sometimes we drift off and deny we are part of the community that exists. The sacred teachings of the mystery are secret. They have not been denied us or hidden. They are secret because they are sacred and it requires us to find the secret of ourselves first before they are revealed. We cannot access information we are unable to fathom. This is why this time on Earth is so important now. We are remembering our own history, backgrounds and stories without judgment so as to find sacred texts and teachings that have been left for us to find. In between the chaotic happenings of a world that wants to hold on to what was deemed ‘normal’ playing out we realise it has very little to do with us.

You might ask how do I not sit on the sidelines watching what is happening on the outside? You are being asked to dive into the thoughts you might be experiencing like a volley of shots fired in every direction! You see the thought appearing as a speck of dust that has to be let drift by and not held on to ! Let it go and realise a thought that puts you down or makes you feel as if you are not worthy is a thought that marks the turning point of you saying No. See them as markers only. Thoughts appear without emotion and only become heavier when we attach our emotions to them!! This is hard if we are sensitive or an empath in particular as so many are. We have been taught to get in touch with others feelings and harmonise with them and go beyond our own judgment. Yet we have not been so readily taught to get in touch with our own sensitivities and see them also as a guide!

There are waves coming you must surf and go beyond the swell of the tide that holds the history of emotions on the Earth. We came from the water and we leave our emotions there as a thread to awaken us in each lifetime. These threads belong to everyone. There is no hierarchy of thoughts as they rest in the cycle of the moon and the ocean. There is no new water on Earth, it is the same ocean and water there have always been it just is in a cycle of the Moon and tides to assist us with the stars and planets. It is the cycle of evolution through the waves of human experience played out in our emotions that rests beneath the waves. The Moon harnesses the journey like a gatekeeper to the path of freedom from the ancient thoughts of ancestors and our own past lives.

Can you go beyond the fearful thoughts of your own history and discover the soft voice that waits to talk to you through your heart?

Can you do this you might ask? You came here to go beyond the history of the ancestors of Earth to find the stillness of your own heart that has a voice unlike any other. You may start to hear it now in the silence of your rest and in the early morning as you rise. In between the chatter of the head that has so much to say there is the voice waiting to be heard that is calling from your own heart Beloved. Have you felt quite poignant in your emotions lately? Like a long journey has been completed and a new one beginning as you look back at how you have changed? Maybe you have but also you may be unconsciously remembering a voice within you that you once listened to and kept close to your heart. It has started to call to you once again as you come out from behind the facade of the old world you created. There is very little that needs to be done, just the letting go of what you needed to do….
